Cancellation Policy

Shri Yatharth IAS – Believes in helping its Students as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Shri Yatharth IAS – Marketing team has given special offers on for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions etc. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

There is no refund policy (refund would proceed only if you have made payment more than once for the same item).

1. Admission rights are reserved with management. 

2. The correctness of all the documents is solely / the sole responsibility of the applicant. 

3. Aspirants (students) can take the refund of the fee deposited after the deduction of GST and Administrative charges within 7 (seven) days of admission. The aspirant (student) has to submit a written cancellation request within 7(seven) days from the date of admission. After 7(seven) days, the fee deposited by the aspirant (student) will not be refunded or transferred.

4. No refund will be allowed if the student demands the same after the expiration of the scheduled period.

5. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Allahabad Jurisdiction only.
